We use a USDA Inspected Processor located in Sandy, Oregon. Standard packaging is Kryovac (clear plastic).
1/2 Beef Shares are sold at $6.00/lb on the hanging weight. Total cost is based on size and is established during processing. Total cost for a 1/2 Beef Share can typically range from $1800 to $2400.
