Welcome to Birkeland Farm
Providing quality, naturally raised pastured meats and a satisfying customer experience remains our top priority as we move closer to a post-Covid world.

While being able to maintain steady pricing for the past couple of years, we will need adjust slightly for 2024. Our costs have risen over the past couple of years, and our increases this year are needed to help close part of that gap and remain an affordable & reliable source for humanely raised meat products.
We continue to offer our free delivery options for orders $100 or more throughout the Portland & Oregon City areas in Oregon (excluding beef shares). Product can be pre-ordered, pre-paid & dropped at your doorstep.
Some specific items may show out of stock on this website due to limited availability. If you're looking for an out of stock item, feel free to contact us, as we may still be able to get that item to you.
Please visit us each Sunday at the Milwaukie Farmers Market (May-October), and Saturdays at the Moreland Farmers Market (May-October). Market pre-orders can be prepared & ready for pickup at the Market of your choice.

November through April, our products are available by ordering online through this website, or contact us for special requests.

As always, please reach out to us with your questions, concerns and special order requests.
ABOUT US
Birkeland Farm began in 2014 as a collaboration between two sisters, Lynne & Lisa, on a 70 acre cattle ranch in Beavercreek, Oregon, within 20 minutes of the Portland metro area.

The Farm name was inspired by Lynne and Lisa's Norwegian born grandmother, the patriarch of the family, Josephine Louise Birkeland Moen.

With the goal of producing and providing quality, humanely raised food for ourselves and others, it's been a privilege to be a local source of quality meat products.

After several years on the Beavercreek Ranch, some family involvement waned forcing a sale of the property, with Lynne taking the helm along with husband Scott.

We currently keep our cattle on a few Ranch sites in the Beavercreek/Molalla area, as well as partner with local select Ranches that practice our same animal husbandry to insure a dependable supply of inventory.
